White Certificates

Exalto provides solutions to reduce energy consumptions, finding the best incentive instruments available, among which are the Energy Efficiency Certificates.


For existing buildings Exalto provides a requalification path in the following steps:


  1. Context analsys
    • a. Energy modelling of the building;
    • b. Energy audit, also with the use of thermo cameras and sensors;
    • c. Simulation of the building behavior (static and dynamic);
    • d. Energy certification;
  2. Energy audit, both before and after the energy saving actions;
  3. Drafting of Energy Efficiency Certificates requests;
  4. Reporting of the energy savings and sending to the GSE (Italian authority of Energy Services).
